Is there a minimum night stay for your rental properties?
Yes, during peak season there is a five night minimum stay. In the slow season, there is a three night minimum stay, and during mid-season there is a four night minimum stay.
What type of payment is accepted?
Globe Homes accepts all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept echecks, cashier's checks, PayPal payments, and wire transfers.
To reserve a property, 50% must be paid upon booking over the phone or website. The full balance must be paid 30 days prior to your check in date.
Do you have pet-friendly properties?
Yes! We have several pet-friendly properties. Look under "Pet Friendly" in the Popular Searches tab to easily find properties that accept pets.
Is there a security deposit with your vacation rentals?
No, there is no security deposit for stays shorter than 30 nights.
Are your vacation rentals stocked with supplies?
All of our properties have linens, towels, cookware, silverware, and dishes. We provide a limited supply of toiletries to get you started on the first day of your stay.
What is the age requirement to secure a vacation rental?
Anyone over the age of 18 years old may secure a vacation rental.
Do you have a maximum occupancy?
Yes, all properties we manage have a maximum occupancy. In some cases, an additional guest may be added; however, most cases are non-negotiable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be in writing and be received 30 days prior to the check-in date. You will be refunded less a $250 cancellation fee.
What should I do if I have any issues with the unit during my stay?
Each property has a guest guide that answers most frequently asked questions. If you are unable to solve the issue using the guest guide, please call the Guest Experience team at (310) 399-6023 ext. 2 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the smoking policy in your units?
Smoking is not permitted in any of the Globe Homes rentals.
