Hollywood

James Beard Award-winning chef Suzanne Goin partners with her husband, David Lentz, to serve up inventive, fresh seafood dishes and more for brunch, lunch and dinner at The Hungry Cat. This hip, crowded casual spot is a block from the Arclight/Cinerama Dome Theatre on Sunset Boulevard.  Also within walking distance of the Arclight Theatre is another Hollywood locals favorite, Bowery, serving up juicy burgers and more in a NYC-style atmosphere.  Hotspots can be found in Hollywood Hotels, too.  Tim Goodell, voted one of Food & Wine's best new chefs in 2000, is the chef/owner of 25 Degrees lobby restaurant in the Roosevelt Hotel, which has been heralded by the Los Angeles Times as having one of the best burgers in town.  He is also the creator of the gourmet fare at The Roosevelt Hotel's Public Kitchen & Bar and Library & Bar.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner in Cal-French Bistro style by Chef Sascha Lyon awaits at Delphine at The W Hotel.  And if you're looking for some down-home good eats, try a Los Angeles soul food institution, Roscoe's House of Chicken 'n Waffles on Gower Street.
